A Shred-It truck will accept tapes, diskettes and paper from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day outside the College of Business. A sustainability fair set up on the Humanities Quad during the same hours will offer information on a wide range of green topics.

People who stop by the fair and sign a Cards Go Green pledge will receive a free T-shirt, bag, mug or water bottle, said Justin Mog, assistant to the provost for sustainability initiatives.

Other Belknap Campus events next week focusing on sustainability include an Arbor Day tree planting on the West Lawn Oct. 21 at 11 a.m. followed by a tree tour until 2 p.m. and a Bluegrass Bioneers conference in 100 Humanities Building from Oct. 24-26.
