The new route was added as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to improve safety and security on campus.

“The expanded shuttle service will help our students who live in off-campus, affiliated housing get to and from campus and their classes more easily,” said Dean of Students Michael Mardis. “The safety of our students remains our top priority.”

The #90 shuttle service features 13 stops on a route that begins and ends at 3rd Street and Cardinal Boulevard. Stops include the Ville Grille, Cardinal Towne, Ekstrom Library, 4th Street at The Grove, Station House Apartments at 6th and Hill, The Belamy and The Province on Shipp Street and Scholar House on West Lee Street. At three stops, riders can transfer to other TARC routes.

The Shuttle is free for anyone with a valid University of Louisville identification card.
