Financial aid workshop to benefit incoming UofL students

    LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Future University of Louisville students and their parents will get a crash course on how to apply for financial aid Tuesday, March 10, from 6 p.m.–9 p.m. in the Horn Auditorium, College of Business.

    Experts from UofL’s Office of Financial Aid will go over the 2009–2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and explain the various programs available for financing higher education. The workshop is for admitted and transferring students from Jefferson County and surrounding areas.

    Cindy Hess has more than 30 years of experience in communications, marketing and investor relations, including more than a decade at UofL. She is "sort of" retired but happy to come back to the Office of Communications and Marketing to help with special projects and assignments.
