LOUISVILLE, Ky. – “Troubled Relationships-Healing Relationships: Finding Well-being in Your Interpersonal Life” will be the focus of the Building Hope Lecture Series presentation in November from the University of Louisville Depression Center.
The program will be held from 7-8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 29, at the Second Presbyterian Church, 3701 Old Brownsboro Rd. Admission is free.
Presenting will be Kate Spurling and George Cartwright, both licensed clinical social workers in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Louisville.
The presentation will provide information on how communication style plays a role in the quality of relationships along with easy techniques to improve communication.
The event is part of the “Building Hope” public lecture series sponsored by the UofL Depression Center, Kentuckiana’s leading resource for depression and bipolar disorder treatment, research and education.
