    2.) Friends and Family Campus Visit scheduled

    Tuesday, June 7, 10:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m., Student Activities Center, 301B

    Do you have a son or daughter who is a high school student? Then the Office of Undergraduate Admissions has the ideal Campus Visit Program for you both! Jenny Sawyer, executive director of admissions, will lead an information session about the application and enrollment process. This will be followed by a 90-minute walking tour by one of our current student ambassadors! Parking is available on Belknap campus. Space is limited and registration is required.

    Monday, May 23, 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m., Student Activities Center, Floyd Theater

    Freshman Orientation runs May 31-July 8. The Orientation Summit will provide last minute information on schedules, attendee numbers, updates, and more. If you believe you would benefit from attending this information session please RSVP.

    4.) 8th annual Advances in Neurology

    Saturday, May 21, 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Churchill Downs Derby and Oaks rooms Free for UofL faculty, staff, residents and students, UofL Physicians nurses, and members of the Commonwealth Neurological Society and $40 for all others

    The event is held in conjunction with the annual spring meeting of the Commonwealth Neurological Society. This year’s focus will be on Movement Disorders and Multiple Sclerosis, two of the more challenging therapeutic areas in neurology.
