UofL Dining Services opens food truck on HSC campusUofL Dining Services opened its first food truck on the HSC campus. This food truck sits on top on the patio of the quad in front of the Instructional Building. The UofL Food Truck is operating Monday-Friday with breakfast service from 7:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. and lunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. With the addition of this new dining location, the POD in Kornhnauser closed last week. Construction on the new Starbucks and Au Bon Pain is going well as both are expected to open before the end of the year.
