DID YOU KNOW During the 2016 fall semester, UofL’s student-athletes partnered with 90 organizations, participated in 405 events and generated more than 6,300 hours of community service.
FACULTY AND STAFF NOTABLES Khaldoun Almousily, UofL’s new Arabic program coordinator and instructor, is one of less than 20 court certified Arabic interpreters in the nation, and one of only two certified translators in the state of Kentucky. He translates on state and federal levels and has recently been certified in Indiana, Idaho, Ohio and North Carolina.
