DID YOU KNOW The UofL Depression Center, a charter member of the National Network of Depression Centers, provides an interdisciplinary approach to depression treatment through clinical services, research and community and professional education.
FACULTY AND STAFF NOTABLES The Logistics and Distribution Institute’s graduate research assistant, Luis Cardona, has had a paper published titled, “Maximizing Space Utilization with Variable Slot Heights.” The goal is to highlight development of new models to help both private and public sectors cope with dramatic changes taking place in the logistics and distribution industry. For example, the paper proposes the use of racks with multiple slot types that accommodate better the varying pallet heights and maximize the loss of vertical space.

Miscellaneous 2016 W-2 Tax Forms available soonYour 2016 W-2 tax forms will soon be available. If you have previously consented to receive your tax forms electronically, it will be available online after noon on Friday, January 20, 2017. You have until midnight on January 19, 2017 to choose electronic delivery if you would like and have not already done so. If you do not elect the electronic version, a paper W-2 will be printed between January 20-23, 2017 and mailed within 48 hours. More information is available online.
