DID YOU KNOW
About 25 students, faculty and staff collaborated with geographic information systems professionals and Louisville Metro employees to create a new appgeared toward helping the city’s immigrant and refugee population find the services and resources they need. It was built during a hackathon on International GIS Day in November and is a browser-based web and mobile app hosted by the UofL Center for GIS on the ArcGIS cloud platform. It will eventually be moved to iOS and Android platforms.
FACULTY AND STAFF NOTABLES
