DID YOU KNOW UofL’s African American Theatre Program will present “Baltimore” at the National Black Theatre Festival in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The festival receives hundreds of entrants from colleges and theater companies from around the world and selects only 40 to perform. This is the fourth time UofL’s program has attended the festival.
FACULTY AND STAFF NOTABLES Dr. Sarah Moyer, MD, MPH, has been named the new director of the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness by Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer. Moyer is also on the faculty of UofL’s School of Public Health and Information Sciences’ Department of Health Management and Systems Sciences.
