DID YOU KNOW Gardiner Hall is the oldest building on the University of Louisville’s Belknap campus. It was built in 1872 and was initially used as the House of Refuge/Industrial School of Reform for wayward youth. Since 1923, the building has housed the College of Arts and Science.
FACULTY AND STAFF NOTABLES Brandeis Law Professor James Jones was a panelist at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference in San Francisco last month. Jones was a member of the panel on “Understanding and Managing Mental Health Issues in Federal Court.”
