Check out the newly updated Human Resources Policy LibraryThe Human Resources Policy Library has been updated. If it has been a while since you last reviewed it, please take a few moments to check it out. Changes due to the university’s updated compensation philosophy are reflected in appointment rates, pay adjustments, additional and supplemental pay and institutional base pay. Policy 4.20 (Other Leaves) was newly created to include many existing leave categories and the Temporary Medical Leave policy now stands alone and is updated to reflect the university’s procedures. In addition to these specific changes, administrator policies were incorporated throughout the HR Policy Library in an effort to streamline all staff and administrator policies into one policy library.
