    DID YOU KNOW?

    University of Louisville Physicians’ Movement Disorders Clinic has been named a national Center of Excellence in treating Huntington’s disease and received a $10,000 grant from the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. HDSA Centers of Excellence provide an elite multidisciplinary approach to care and research. There are currently 39 across the U.S., including UofL Physicians.

    The Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning announces an online course, Delphi U Online, to prepare instructors to teach online. Participants will learn two primary concepts: What it is like to be an online learner and how to effectively teach online. This is for full and part-time faculty planning to teach a new fully online course or enhance an online course between Summer 2016 and Summer 2017.     7.) Paid volunteers needed for UofL Caregiver Study

    UofL Caregiver Stress Study is looking for healthy European Americans 40 years and older who have NOT provided care for an ill friend or family member in the last year to fill out a questionnaire and provide saliva samples for up to three different time points. Each visit takes approximately 1 hour. We are offering $20 compensation for each visit.
