DID YOU KNOW?
UofL may not be heading to the Final Four, but we finished in the No. 2 spot in a March Mania 2015 bracket rating the “green” factor of colleges and universities competing in the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. The bracket, created by the Dallas organization SaveonEnergy.com, named UofL national runner-up this week – second only to sustainability champion University of Maryland. UofL’s two weekly farmers markets and commitment to using local food in campus dining halls were among the factors in its high ranking.
