DID YOU KNOW?
UofL uses several methods to alert campus in case of emergency or class cancellation. All students, faculty and staff are automatically subscribed to the UofL Alert Email and can opt to also receive alerts via text on up to three phones. Broadcast and/or written messages are sent to all office, classroom and dorm rooms via Cisco IP phones. There are outdoor warning sirens for each campus and alert messages are always posted on the main UofL web page. The systems are tested twice a year.
