    DID YOU KNOW?

The Law Library’s Handmaker Rare Book Room houses the papers of two former Supreme Court justices: Louisville native Louis D. Brandeis, for whom the law school is named, and Boyle County native John Marshall Harlan. The room received a makeover in September, thanks to some endowment funds. It now sports a new ceiling, new tables and chairs and updated window treatments.
