    Ride with your GHN friends with InCycle and InCycle Express: Jump on one of our bikes and start peddling! Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn, but you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level. These classes provide a great cardio workout while supporting participants of all fitness levels. New class time offered this month for the early birds!

    8.) Psychiatry: Diagnosing and Managing Depressive Episodes in the DSM-V Era

    Dec. 10, 11:30 to 1 p.m., ACB Auditorium

    Dr. Robert Post, Adjunct Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at George Washington University will be presenting Grand Rounds on Thursday, December 10. Participants will be able to integrate mechanisms for distinguishing unipolar and bipolar depression into the diagnosis of patients with depressive symptoms, incorporate appropriate use of current evidence-based treatments for depression with manic and hypomanic symptoms and translate the available evidence for the appropriate management.

    9.) Medicine: Dr. Craig McClain

    Medicine Grand Rounds features Craig J. McClain, MD, Professor of Medicine, Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Chief of Research Affairs, UofL Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. Dr. McClain will present Alcoholic Liver Disease: Bench to Bedside to Bench focusing on the spectrum of alcoholic liver disease, the presenting features of alcoholic hepatitis, the mechanisms for alcoholic liver disease, and treatment options for different stages of alcoholic liver disease.
