    1.) Group Fitness Classes at HSC

    7 a.m., noon and 5:15 p.m. Jan. 6, HSC Fitness Center, Group Fitness Studio

    Students: Free; Faculty and Staff: $40/semester

    Happy New Year! The Intramural Sports Department is offering group fitness classes beginning Wednesday, Jan. 6. Check out our new Monday 7 a.m. HIIT class as well as returning Power Yoga, Pilates Plus, Step and Zumba classes. The complete schedule is on our website. Classes are FREE for students and $40/ semester for faculty and staff. Classes run through April 22.

    Free for students and SRC Members

    Intramural and Recreation Sports will be offering group fitness classes Jan. 6 through April 22. Classes offered are: Restorative Yoga, Barre Fitness, Power Yoga, TRX Circuit, Power Pilates, Group Cycling, HIIT, Butts and Guts, Calorie Crusher, Belly Dancing, Cardio Blast and Vinyasa Yoga.
