There may be intermittent service interruptions to Exchange during maintenance. This work is outside the normal preventative maintenance to prepare for the transition to Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Microsoft’s anti-spam and anti-malware application.

2.) Understanding performance improvement plans

A performance improvement plan is a formal process used by supervisors to help employees improve performance or modify behavior. In this hour long workshop, participants will learn the process of implementing a performance improvement plan, discuss the levels of discipline, and finally debunk misconceptions about the 30-, 60-, 90-day time frame.
