The HSC Shared Services team provided an update of the program implementation for UofL President James Ramsey, Greg Postel, MD, interim executive vice president for health affairs and other members of the university leadership team in the group’s office suite on June 9.
Team members provided updates on progress in converting the pilot departments in HSC to shared services. The areas in the process of being converted include:

Department of Family and Geriatric Medicine

Department of Otolaryngology
Department of Pediatrics

Institute for Sustainable Health & Optimal Aging
Integrated Programs in Biomedical Sciences (IPIBS)
The conversion to shared services in the Department of Physiology will begin in July.
