Street Closures
These streets will be closed from mid-day into the early morning of Aug. 27.
- Third Street from Liberty Street to Winkler Avenue, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
- Winkler Avenue from Third Street to Fourth Street, noon to 1 a.m.
- Fourth Street from Winkler Avenue to Oakdale Avenue, noon to 1 a.m.
During these times, traffic will be allowed to cross the route on these roadways only when the area is clear of runners:
- Hill Street, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Cardinal Boulevard, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Central Avenue, noon to 2 p.m.
No Parking 7 a.m. Aug. 26 to 2 a.m. Aug. 27
- Third Street from Liberty Street to Winkler Avenue
- Winkler Avenue from Third Street to Fourth Street
- Fourth Street from Winkler Avenue to Oakdale Avenue
