President James Ramsey, Provost Shirley Willihnganz, Executive Vice President for Health Affairs David Dunn and Executive Vice President for Research and Innovation Bill Pierce addressed the crowd and took questions for 90 minutes. Nineteen people asked questions on topics ranging from recruitment of internationally renowned faculty to the need for a break room in the Medical-Dental Research Building.
The HSC forum was the second of the fall. The first event, on Belknap Campus, drew more than 150 people.
“We appreciate the number of people who showed up for these forums and particularly those who asked questions or raised concerns,” Ramsey said. “We are taking these sessions seriously, and we’ll be responding once we’ve had a chance to check into the issues they raised.”
