UofL's Ground Crew includes about 12 staff members who work year-round to ensure the entire campus looks good.

The University of Louisville’s Belknap campus includes more than 300 acres of grass, plants, walkways and buildings. The UofL grounds crew works hard year-round to keep campus looking like a city park with fresh plantings, trimming and mowing.

“We’re open 365. We’re always trying to be a good face for the university. When someone comes here, we want people to feel like there are people here taking care of the place,” said Greg Schetler, Physical Plant grounds superintendent.
