LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Basketball fans are invited to kick off the NCAA tournament and glean expert advice on their college brackets March 14 at “Bracketology 2017,” an annual event hosted by the UofL Alumni Association
ESPN 680’s Jason Anderson will serve as emcee. The newly-expanded panel of experts will include Hall of Fame members Denny Crum, UofL coach from 1971-2001; Darrell Griffith, shooting guard from 1976-1980; Marques Maybin, guard from 1997-2001; and Luke Hancock, forward from 2012-2014.
Guests will enjoy an autograph signing session with the panel at 5 p.m. followed by dinner and discussion of this year’s NCAA tournament bracket.
Tickets for Bracketology are $50 and maybe purchased here. The event takes place at The Olmsted, 3701 Frankfort Ave.
Those who would like to also support The Denny Crum Scholarship Foundation, Inc., which awards scholarships to individuals who demonstrate leadership, community service and academic achievement, may text 41444 and type in “DENNYCRUM” to make a secure gift.
